rawrr, have you guys ever heard of hotel 626? i played it with my friends at a party one time and i am dead serious when i say that we totally freaked out. when we first started the game we were all like dood, it can't be that bad-- it's made by Doritos, seriously. So we turned off all the lights and put it on full volume. But geez, i have to give that game props there were parts where we really started screaming. it made us paranoid after we finished the game DX.
so pretty much here's the deal, hotel 626 is an interactive game where you have a character that wakes up in the middle of the night after hearing some strange noises. you then go through the game to try to escape this "nightmare," completing really freaky tasks along the way. the challenges aren't bluntly obvious but it's also not one of those games where it's so difficult that you want to hurt yourself (plus, there's a billion different walk-throughs on youtube, the internet, etc.) in this game you can use a webcam and mic for some parts to heighten the experience and there's even a part where you can call a number and receive a very creepy phone call. we did this and uhm, you don't necessarily have to do it. we did and it's pretty sick but it just made us even more scared XD, so it's up to you.
btw: hotel 626 opens only from sixpm-to-sixam (hence the name) to ensure a greater experience cause scary things are always even scarier in the dark. ;) buttt you can easily just change the time on your computer and play it during the day. oh and do it with a buddy cause it's more fun.
but dood i think im scarred. i gotta admit though.. doritos is pretty smart; i'd never forget their label. so uhm yeah if you're brave and hxc enough try the game, tell me how it goes. i almost guarantee that this is one of the scariest interactive games that you will ever play.
