okaysss, so in our mass communications class we watched a documentary -- This Film Is Not Yet Rated and we were talking about sex and violence in the media. Some of the people in class were saying how they would rather let their children be exposed to sex/nudity because it's natural and that stabbing people to death isn't. however, we also brought up the point that violence has become so mainstream and regular that it doesn't affect us as much anymore.
